Framework

Framework Agreement for Roads Related Maintenance Works

The Council has established a framework comprising a series of Framework Contracts for Roads Related Maintenance Works with several Suppliers. These works and services include, but are not limited to: - Carriageway resurfacing; - Footway resurfacing; and - Minor traffic improvements.

The summary above is the buyer's own description in the notice.

A framework's stated value is a ceiling on what may be spent through it, not a commitment to spend, and a place on a framework is not a contract for work. Only the lots the buyer classified as construction works or architectural and engineering services are recorded here; the notice may have others.
